How much does residential cleaning cost on average?
Every home is a little different but on average the cost will range from $200- $300 for a home size of 2,500 to 3,500 sf for a bi-weekly “Classic Clean” service.
What services are typically included in a “Classic Clean” residential cleaning package?
This would include the cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens,bedrooms, common areas and basements if applicable.
How often should I schedule professional residential cleaning?
Most Live Oak customers hire us for either a weekly or biweekly service.
Are cleaning supplies provided by the cleaning service, or do I need to provide them?
Yes, unless the customer wishes us to use a specific product that they provide.
Do residential cleaning services offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
Yes, most of all our daily cleaning products are homemade with the main ingredients being vinegar, real citrus, hydrogen peroxide and unscented dish soap just to name a few. We will use stronger chemicals on a case-by-case basis such as bleach and others for stubborn stains and soiled areas.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning for residential spaces?
In general our “Deep Clean” service will focus more on the unseen areas such as inside cabinets and appliances & more. In addition, we will wash baseboards and interior doors instead of just dusting just to name a few. Once the deep clean task are completed we then perform the “Classic
Clean” service.
How do I choose the right cleaning service for my business needs?
Upon the completion of a site visit appointment Live Oak will tailor a custom plan that fits your needs.
What steps should I take to prepare for a professional cleaning service in my home?
In general, the only thing we ask is that you pick up any loose small family personal items that wouldn’t normally be there. We will take care of the rest.
Can I request specific cleaning tasks or areas to focus on during a cleaning service?
Sure, just ask at the consultation appointment or send us an email.
Are background checks conducted on cleaning staff in residential cleaning services?
Yes, here at Live Oak we have a very extensive prescreening and training process to ensure that we have the most trusted and trained staff in the industry.
How long does a typical residential cleaning session take?
Most of our routine “Classic Cleaning service will take about 2.5 hours.
What is the cancellation policy for residential cleaning services?
We understand that things come up from time to time. Cancel within 24 hrs. to avoid a cancellation fee.
Are there any additional charges or fees not included in the initial cleaning service quote?
No. All fees and charges will be disclosed on the customer agreement.
Do residential cleaning services offer satisfaction guarantees?
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied please reach out and give us the opportunity to correct our mistake and make it right.
What precautions are taken to protect delicate or valuable items during cleaning?
This topic will be discussed at the initial consultation with a documented plan in place prior to your first cleaning.
Can I request a specific cleaner or team for recurring services?
Yes, we always try to team up our cleaners with customers that have built a trusting and meaningful relationship.
